Day 10 or so

Truth is, I have lost count. But the good news is that I have been very good. I have yet to exceed my allotment of Weight Watcher's points. I still can improve, however, on the quality of my spent points. I need more vegies in my diet and I still need to up the water intake. Oh well, tomorrow is another day! We will keep on keeping on.

Good work! Two pounds a week is aggressive.

I've been using an iPhone app called Livestrong that tallies calories, targeting 1.5 pounds a week. I lost 12 pounds and then wavered around going back to minus 9 when I quit logging. This has been going on for 5 months. You've inspired me to start logging again.

Weight Watchers is great--they take time and money but they keep your eye on the ball.

Great sermon yesterday--reconciling the inner and outer voices of God really got me thinking. Thanks.
